Did you know that Tired of Death is being offered for sale on ebay.com by a dealer named Harriet Sellis? You can find it by doing a search for the title.
She seems to have a number of eBooks for sale (including one of mine). I think she is downloading them from getfreeebooks.com – certainly the titles look familiar.
May I recommend that you make use of eBay’s VeRO programme to force her to remove the listing? I did this myself and received a reply within 24 hours. The offending listing was removed immediately.
